I am back! I realize it has been a short 7 months since I've posted on Andrea Fontana Beauty. Life was being life and my blog simply got away from me. My schedule gets a little more manageable in the summer so I recently decided one of my goals was going to be to start blogging again. Every now and then I get asked by a friend or client why I ever stopped and it always make me think about how much I miss it. Enter today's post.
So here is my new goal. One post a week. Nothing crazy but at least I'm getting back into developing content for you guys to enjoy on a consistent basis. So today's post is going to be short and simple. I'm going to ask you to think about your goals and choose one to attempt for the summer. Whether it's big or small let's do it together!
Here are 10 ideas to get you started:
-Reading 30 Min a day
-Getting at least 10,000 steps a day
-Make a summer bucket list and actually do it!
-Trade in 2-3 nights of netflix a week for doing something outdoors
-Try one new recipe a week
-Research and sign up for volunteering in your area
-Drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of water a day
-Set up a weekly/biweekly/monthly girls night
-Pickup that one hobby you've been dying to try
-Go through your house/closet and donate everything you're not using
